Beauty and the Bike


The first public screenings of the film Beauty and the Bike were made to packed audiences in Bremen and Darlington. The 270-seater Schauburg cinema in Bremen was as good as full, whilst the 200-seater theatre at Darlington Arts Centre required two screenings to accommodate the 250 or so that attended.

Now the film goes on the road to argue the case that cycling can indeed be an attractive way to get around – if there is also attractive cycling infrastructure.
